Have you ever watched those cartoons where the character is flying in their dreams and enjoying it until... they have that ah-ah moment when they realize what they are doing and they freak out and start plummeting to the ground? Think of life the same way. There are things that you miss out on, simply because you have convinced yourself that you are not capable of doing them. Think about what living your best life means to you regardless of what you think is "out of reach" and make it happen.
2. Chasing people

If you have to chase someone in order to keep them in your life, that person does not want to be in your life. Stop trying to force people into staying in your life when they constantly show you that they no longer belong in it. Your time is valuable, your friendship is valuable, and your love is valuable. Stop giving those things to people who do not value them. Know your worth and stop trying to chase people who don't value you.
3. Comparing yourself to others

Have you ever heard the saying, "Comparison is the thief of joy"? Start believing it my friends. If you are constantly comparing your life to the lives of those around you, how can you enjoy the life that you have? How can you truly appreciate your progress when you are comparing your struggle to someone else's? How can you truly be happy when you measure your happiness based on the happiness of others? Stop comparing yourself to others and instead embrace the beauty that is you!
4. Bullying Yourself

If you talked to your friends the way you talked to yourself, you would have no friends. We are our own worst critics, and yet knowing that, doesn't seem to encourage us to be easier on ourselves. Learn to forgive yourself and stop criticizing every single thing that you do. You are human, you are flawed and you will make mistakes. It's all part of your life. STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP FOR BEING HUMAN!
5. Being afraid and failing

Oh the fear of failing! What if I fail? What if I don't do a good job? What if everyone laughs at me? What if I'm not strong enough to make it? What if I'm not good enough for this?Oh... but what if you are? What if this is the thing you were born to do? What if this marks the beginning of the rest of your life? What if everything finally falls into place after this decision? Stop being afraid of failing because whether or not you do your best to avoid failures, they are going to happen. So why not just start living your life?
